We collect session data because it helps us to analyse such things as what items visitors are likely to click on most, the way visitors are clicking through the Website, how many visitors are surfing to various pages on the Website, how long visitors to the Website are staying and how often they are visiting. It also helps us diagnose problems with our servers and lets us better administer our systems. Can I test drive a car?
No, unfortunately this is not allowed under the new rules.

Can I visit you to buy a car?
No, our showrooms and forecourts are closed while England is in lockdown

Can I buy a car during lockdown?
It is possible to buy a car remotely, we are enabling you to browse our stock online and place a deposit over the phone.

Can I collect my new car?
Yes, you can under click and collect rules. This will be done at the service area, at your home or at a location defined under the click and collect rules.

Can I have my car serviced and repaired?
Yes you can, our service and repair department is open, but please call ahead to book an appointment.

How often should I drive my car during lockdown?

We would advise customers to drive their car, ideally on your weekly shopping trip, for at least 15 minutes once a week to ensure your battery receives a charge, any surface corrosion is removed from your brake discs, the engine oil and coolant circulates around the engine and the tyres are rotated. If you own one of our mild hybrid cars we would advise that you turn off all electrical consumers during that drive in order that the car main battery and the secondary hybrid battery can receive a charge.

What happens if I do not drive my car?

You may find, after an extended period of being parked, your battery may run flat. In the case of our mild-hybrid this could cause damage to the secondary hybrid battery.
