Job Role: Sales Executive

Working Hours– 08:30- 18:00 Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 every Saturdays, Sunday work will be expected. Day off through the week to compensate.

Location: Coventry, Leamington and Stourbridge

Holidays: 20 Days per annum

Salary: Depending on experience, - OTE £40,000 – £45,000

Following a highly successful and profitable expansion at Green 4 Motor Company, our award-winning dealer group now have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious Sales Executive at our Mazda & Suzuki franchise. Green 4 Motor Group continue to build on their reputation of top 25 dealers in the country for providing first class service to customers and business partners alike. Therefore, we are looking for a Sale Executive with the very same ethos.

Our highly respected dealerships are based in Coventry, Leamington and Stourbridge. They all pride themselves in offering the best working environments available with ongoing training and development of all its colleagues and in turn are seeking exceptional Sales Executive applicants looking to take on the challenge at this large volume operation.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through prospecting.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints with a polite and appropriate manner.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Sales experience in an automotive industry is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, finance systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Full clean driving licence
