Operating from 3 sites across the Midlands, our Coventry, Leamington, and Stourbridge dealerships each have a passionate and knowledgeable team who are dedicated to providing our customers with friendly and professional service.

The Coventry parts department are seeking a parts assistant to join the team to help with the daily running and success of our aftersales division.

Main Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Dealing with customer telephone enquiries, walk-ins, trade and internal customers.
• Order Preparation: Maintaining an ordered stock room, ordering and picking parts to fulfil orders at the right time.
• Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished, providing a swift service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers.
• Administration: Ensuring that invoices are raised for parts sold, updating customers and clients on the status of their parts order.
