Green 4 Motor Company Ltd is the market leader selling new and used Mazda car sales specialist based in the West Midlands. Our Centralised sales administration office is situated within our busy Head Office in Coventry and we now have a vacancy for an experienced full-time Sales Administrator, working 5 days per week.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will undertake all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Sales Department, working within a team of other administrators. You will be the vital link between the sales office, sales advisors, our showrooms and internal departments for 3 dealerships.
Our operation is a seven day a week operation and the successful candidate will be used to working in a busy office environment, be PC literate including Microsoft suite, able to prioritise, organise and multi-task in this busy and 'driven’ operation. You will need to be self-motivated and able to communicate positively across our busy sales and business network, while working 37.5 hours (5 days) per week, Monday – Friday.
