Leamington Mazda are looking for an experienced service advisor to join our award winning dealership team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service and care with every customer.
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls, emails and SMS.
  • Book service and repair work always ensuring workshop and parts availability.
  • To keep customers fully informed of progress and advise of extra work needed.
  • Ensuring the WIP is kept to a minimum
  • To maintain accurate customer records, in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Ensure consistent and excellent results for Customer Satisfaction scores.
  • Keep up to date with all current manufacturers’ and company offers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Able to interact with customers across our sites when required.
  • A well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.
  • Highly articulate, with strong communication skills written and verbal. With confidence in speaking to a variety of customers and internal staff
  • Committed to learning new things as the company and manufacturers’ move forward and develop,
  • Be computer proficient, and capable of learning our processes and systems
  • Willing to work between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday - Friday as well as alternate Saturdays 08:30 – 13:30
