New Website Launch - Simplifying customer user journeys!

Over the previous 2 years, the automotive industry has been required to constantly adapt and change as a response to the market conditions caused by COVID-19. This has led to digital transformation of dealer groups being supercharged, changing the way in which dealers trade. In December 2020, we upgraded our website to allow us to continue trading under the UK COVID restrictions, introducing the function to reserve, buy in full and setup finance online. This was a leap forward for our digital offering for customers, and was a significant step towards having a fully functioning digital showroom.

At this stage, our website layout and design was showing its age, and due to many updates and changes it was not as consistent as we wanted it to be. Our objective was to make it as easy as possible for our customers to do business with us online and find information which they are looking for. We believe with our new website, this has been achieved and exceeded by clearly defining user journeys.

Latest Offers
You can now navigate all of our latest offers directly from our homepage. This isn't limited to only New Car Offers, you can also browse Used Car, Servicing and Motability offers. This means that you don't need to go further than the homepage to keep up to date on what we have to offer.

Our New Car offers are updated on a quarterly basis in keeping with Mazda's retail campaigns. This is the place where we share the BEST offers which we currently have available.

Each week our Sales Managers at each of our dealerships will choose a Used Car of the week, often they will apply a great discount to the vehicle. These vehicles are updated on a weekly basis and can be found on our homepage offers section.

We understand that buying a car isn't the sole reason why our users visit our website. We now have a servicing offers section on the homepage. This is where you can pick up the best deals on Health Checks, Air Conditioning Refreshes and much more.

Want to see what everyone else is looking at today? You can now view the most viewed new vehicles on our website. If you are new to our brand this a great feature, as it means you can see what's popular with other customers and what's new.

Advice Centre
From working with Mazda since 1996, we have a business built on people who have extensive knowledge of Mazda and other vehicles. We now have an Advice Centre, which is a information hub which will help you get the most out of your vehicle. This will be the forum which will allow us to share guides with you on how to access the My Mazda App, information on whether it is the right time to consider an electric car and much more.

The Green 4 Advice Centre will be regularly updated with new articles, with the view of it becoming a key reference point for Mazda owners and beyond. My Account

It is now common place for all retail websites to have a "My Account" section in the top right of any webpage. We have now introduced this to make it easier for customers to access their personal account.
