Engine and Transmission
The Mazda CX-5, recently updated for 2022, is an award-winning SUV that provides a smooth, refined drive. Available with automatic and manual transmission, the CX-5 is available in the 2.0 litre or 2.5 litre Skyactiv-G Petrol engine or the 2.2 litre Skyactiv-D diesel engine. The CX-5 is also available as an All-Wheel Drive, allowing you to explore further and navigate tough terrain.
Trim Levels
The Mazda CX-5 comes in 5 trim levels with an optional Safety Pack available to be added to some specifications which increases the equipment tally with Adaptive LED Headlights, Driver Attention Alert, Rear Smart City Brake Support and 360-degree view monitor.
SE-L
The entry level specification grade comes with an extensive range of equipment which features, front and rear parking sensors, Apple Carplay and Android Auto, Start / Stop system, Mazda Radar Cruise Control and Dual-Zone Climate Control.
Newground
This spec adds lime green accenting to the interior and front grille, as well as heated front seats and a waterproof reversible cargo board.
Sport Edition
The Sport Edition adds a reversing camera, powered sunroof (165ps Petrol and 184ps Diesel only), heated steering wheel, keyless entry, wireless phone charging, heads up display and premium Bose surround-sound system.
Sport Black
This specification adds gloss black exterior features, with red accent stitching on the leather interior and black alloy wheels.
GT Sport
Topping the range, the GT Sport features Brown Nappa Leather, front seat ventilation, heated outer rear seats, wooden trim on the upper dashboard and door cards, powered tailgate and 360-degree view monitor.

The Mazda CX-5 has an extensive tally of interior features and technology which helps to make this car an award-winning choice. One of the car’s impressive features is the Bose Surround Sound System which is part of the equipment tally for some specifications for the CX-5. This system features Bose’s latest technology to ensure an immersive entertainment experience. The 10.25 inch Mazda infotainment screen is easy to use via the multimedia controller, allowing you to select the infotainment features, such as the DAB radio or Mazda Navigation, without having to take your eyes from the road.
The CX-5 is practical and spacious, the ideal companion for trips away. With a generous boot capacity of 522 litres and ample legroom for passengers in the front and rear, there’s plenty of space for everything you may need, and convenience is further increased by the powered tailgate.
