The Mazda CX-60 is available with both Plug-in Hybrid and diesel powertrains. The CX-60 PHEV combines a 2.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor and All Wheel Drive, while Mazda’s e-Skyactiv Diesel range uses a 3.3-litre six-cylinder diesel engine designed for strong performance, impressive towing ability and excellent fuel economy.
The Mazda CX-60 Plug-in Hybrid can accelerate from 0-62 mph in approximately 5.8 seconds thanks to its combined 323PS output. Official WLTP fuel economy figures can exceed 200 mpg when regularly charged. The diesel variants achieve around 50 mpg combined, with 0-62 mph times of approximately 7.4 seconds for the 254PS AWD model and 8.4 seconds for the 200PS rear-wheel drive version.
The Mazda CX-60 Plug-in Hybrid offers an official WLTP electric-only range of approximately 39 miles from its 17.8 kWh battery. Real-world driving typically delivers between 30-35 miles of electric-only driving depending on conditions and driving style.
The Mazda CX-60 offers a braked towing capacity of up to 2,500 kg, making it highly capable for towing caravans, trailers and leisure equipment. Selected models also include dedicated towing drive modes for added stability and confidence.
The Mazda CX-60 is a spacious 5-seat SUV with approximately 570 litres of boot space available with all seats in place. Folding the 40:20:40 split rear seats expands load capacity to around 1,726 litres, offering excellent practicality for family life and longer journeys.
Even entry-level Mazda CX-60 models come generously equipped with features including leather seats, 18-inch alloy wheels, powered tailgate, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, Head-up Display and a wide range of advanced safety technologies. The PHEV models also include intelligent charging scheduling and app-based charging management.
